Events agency & tools – 2025/2028 (deadline to submit tenders 04/04/2024 – declaration of interest by 15/03/2024)
This negotiated procedure is an invitation for interested service providers to submit a proposal regarding the methodology and approach to enhance the production of WOAH General Sessions and Global Conferences between 2025-2028, thanks to optimized organization and tools.
This consultation is subdivided into several lots, as follows:

| 3 | Online meeting space booking system |
| 4 | Networking tool |
Tenderers can submit a tender for one or several lots. If a tenderer submits a tender for several lots, he/she shall separate technical and financial tender for each lot.
Tenders must be submitted on SafeTender supplier (woah.org)
