CONTEXTE :
Dans sa Stratégie, le secteur Réadaptation de HI a placé le Développement de la Petite Enfance (DPE) comme une priorité majeure. Plusieurs outils et approches innovants ont été développés ou sont en cours d’élaboration. Nous souhaitons les structurer et formaliser une approche commune, en collaboration avec les équipes HI et les partenaires de terrain. En lien avec les unités Santé, Éducation et Protection, rejoignez l’équipe Réadaptation (20 personnes) pour mener ce travail de compilation, conceptualisation et préparer le contenu ainsi que la méthodologie d’un séminaire dédié à cette thématique.

OBJECTIFS DU POSTE :
En tant qu’Analyste spécialiste en réadaptation de la petite enfance,

1.     Vous organisez et préparez le contenu :

·       Compilation des approches et outils internes et externes relatifs au développement de la petite enfance

·       Formalisation des intersections entre ces approches et outils

2.   Vous assurez la préparation du séminaire :

·       Elaboration des Termes de Référence :  objectifs, résultats attendus, période….

·       Identification du programme hôte

·       Préparation du contenu, fil rouge et programmation des communications, identification des intervenants internes et externes.

• Préparation des techniques d’animation adaptées aux différents résultats attendus

·       Contact avec les points focaux des pays concernés

·       Identifier si un stagiaire est nécessaire pour la gestion et le suivi et, le cas échéant, rédaction du cahier des charges

3.   Potentielle participation au séminaire.

ACCESSIBILITE DU LIEU DE TRAVAIL :

Les locaux sont facilement accessibles en transports en commun (bus, métro). Un parking voitures et un parc à vélos sont également à disposition. Au sein du bâtiment, des rampes d’accès et ascenseurs garantissent une meilleure circulation. Tous les postes de travail sont situés en Open Space mais des box sont disponibles à chaque étage pour travailler dans le calme si nécessaire. L’espace de travail est très lumineux.

Une référente handicap est présente pour répondre aux éventuelles questions et vous accompagner dans vos démarches. En fonction de vos besoins, le poste peut être aménagé.

JOB CONTEXT:
In its Technical strategy, HI’s Rehabilitation sector has made Early Childhood Development (ECD) a major priority. In this framework, a number of innovative tools and approaches have been developed, or are in the process of being developed. These need to be organized and a common approach formalized, to be discussed with the field partners and HI teams concerned.

In coordination with the other concerned units of HI (Health Unit, Education, Protection), the analyst will be responsible for carrying out this compilation and conceptualization work, and then for organizing the content and methodology of a dedicated seminar.

YOUR MISSION:

As analyst specialist in Rehabilitation and Early Childhood, 1. You organize / create:

·       Compilation of internal and external approaches and tools relating to early childhood development

·       Formalize the intersections between these approaches and tools

2. You prepare the seminar:

·       Drawing up Terms of Reference: objectives, expected results, period….

·       Identification of the host program

·       Preparing the content, theme and schedule of presentations, identifying internal and external speakers.

·       Preparation of presentation techniques adapted to the various expected results

·       Contact with the focal points in the countries concerned

ACCESSIBILITY OF THE POSITION:
Based in Lyon, the position is located in Open Space, boxes are available for more quiet if necessary and the work space is very bright. The position is easily accessible by public transport (bus, metro). A parking lot is also available. Concerning the building, elevators and access ramps are available.
