We are looking for someone with sharp instincts, political fluency, and a passion for using communications to drive change. You’ll be joining a small, happy and dynamic team that is smart, collaborative, and mission-driven, and playing a central role in shaping our future and building our presence in France.
Key Responsibilities
As France Director, you will:
- Oversee this flagship Gates Foundation-funded initiative in France to shift narratives around international development and enhance political support for global cooperation.
- Lead the design and delivery of bold, high-impact communications and advocacy strategies in France and beyond.
- Grow Future Advocacy’s presence and network in France by building strategic partnerships, cultivating clients, and identifying new opportunities for impact.
- Lead and contribute to a range of client-facing projects across strategic communications, digital strategy, and advocacy.
- Represent Future Advocacy in meetings with government, civil society, foundations, and media, both nationally and internationally.
- Recruit and manage local consultants and agencies as needed to deliver high-quality work.
- Contribute to our vibrant internal culture, collaborating closely with colleagues in London, Brussels and Berlin and shaping the organisation’s wider direction.
