7amleh – The Arab Center for the Advancement of Social Media – is a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for Palestinian digital rights. We work to create a safe, fair, and free digital space for Palestinians by monitoring and researching issues related to digital rights, providing digital security and advocacy, building the capacity of civil society, and leading both local and international advocacy campaigns.
Position Overview
The Financial Coordinator will manage financial reporting, budgeting, and procurement processes for 7amleh in France and Europe , ensuring compliance with donor requirements and alignment with 7amleh’s financial systems. The role will also support project teams with budget monitoring and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Budget Management
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports for France & Europe -based projects.
- Track project budgets, monitor expenditures, and flag variances.
- Ensure compliance with donor and 7amleh’s financial guidelines.
- Procurement Management
- Manage procurement processes for 7amleh, ensuring compliance with donor and 7amleh’s internal policies.
Maintain records and documentation for all procurement activities.

- Donor Reporting & Communication
- Prepare financial sections of donor reports and respond to donor queries.
- Ensure timely submission of reports in line with donor requirements.
- Financial Coordination with Projects
- Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to collect financial data.
- Support project teams with financial planning and budget monitoring.
Expériences / Formation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or administration roles, preferably within the non-profit/NGO sector.
- Proven experience in financial reporting for international donors and grant management.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluency in French and English (mandatory); proficiency in Arabic (desirable).
