CONSULTANCY: end-term evaluation of the SIDA-ACF grant agreement 2021-2025

Action Contre la Faim (ACF) is launching a call for proposals to conduct the final evaluation of its five-year strategic partnership with the swedish donor Sida. This agreement encompasses flexible funding modalities—including the Programme-Based Approach (PBA), Rapid Response Mechanism (RRM), and capacity development initiatives—implemented across more than 20 countries.
The evaluation will assess impact, innovation, and lessons learned, guided by the OECD-DAC criteria. Special attention will be given to cross-cutting themes such as gender equality, climate adaptation, and protection.
We are looking for a dynamic team of consultants with 8–10 years of experience, strong analytical skills, expertise in participatory methodologies, and a deep commitment to improving humanitarian effectiveness.
💼 Budget: approx. €71,000
📅 Start: November 2025 – April 2026 (Duration: approximately 70 working days)
